Your puppy is being kept on Diamond Naturals Large Breed puppy food. Puppy is guaranteed against any life-threatening genetic defects for up to one year from date of birth and parvo virus for 30 days after leaving seller’s premises. Puppy must be inspected by a licensed veterinarian, and the buyer given a signed health statement within 72 hours of the puppy being transferred from the seller to the buyer, otherwise the 1-year and parvo health guarantees are void. If a licensed veterinarian detects any life-threatening genetic defects and the buyer notifies the seller within the aforementioned time period, the buyer may then be entitled to an exchange if a litter is available within a year or otherwise a refund of purchase price, provided the request from the buyer is accompanied by a letter from two examining veterinarians (one of seller’s choice) as evidence of the puppy’s condition. No exchange can be made after this one year time period. The original puppy must be returned to the seller before receiving their new puppy.
The seller will not be responsible for any veterinarian charges incurred by the buyer. The buyer has full responsibility for the health and well-being of this puppy as soon as the puppy is in the buyer's possession. The puppy will be sold with either full or limited AKC registration papers, depending on the agreement between the seller and buyer. It is further understood and agreed to that no warranty, representation, implied or otherwise, has been made with respect to the said puppy other than what is explicitly set forth in this written agreement.
